Biography:

ZhenzhenYang received a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) fromAnhui Normal University, China in 2010, and a Master of Science(Chemistry) from University of Science and Technology, China in 2013,and a PhD in Engineering (Chemical Engineering) from TianjinUniversity, China in 2017. She joined the School of Chemistry andChemical Engineering at Hefei University of Technology in August2017.


ResearchInterests

ZhenzhenYang’s research interests revolve around clean energy andnanocatalysis. She mainly focused on the designation and preparationof functional nanocatalysts and their application in the utilizationof biomass energy. Her research group has designed and synthesizedmany functional nanocatalysts for conversion of biomass energy tohigh value added chemicals. Her research group is also particularlyinterested in the application of nover catalytic technology inbiomass conversion, such as electrocatalysis and photocatalysis.
